Our Reservation desk is staffed Monday through Friday from
9am to 5pm, and Saturdays by appointment. A credit card is
required for all Spa reservations. It is best to arrive 15
minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please call 631.424.9333
and one of our friendly spa concierges will assist you.
In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we
must reduce your treatment time if you are late for your appointment.
Treatment price will remain the same.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express,
as well as cash. SilkMD accepts gift certificates and credits
for purchases from our facility. Gift certificates must be
redeemed at the time of service and should be presented to
our concierge upon check-in.
Our clients have busy lives, so our cancellation/rescheduling
protocol is designed for maximum flexibility. At the same
time, our aestheticians depend on us to protect the time and
investment they put into clients. For that reason, we do charge
a minimum of $30 as a cancellation fee if you do not notify
us at least 48 hours in advance that you cannot make your

like you, wed much prefer to have another guest take
