Punctuality

We ask that you please notify us if you are going to be late to your appointment. If you do arrive late, we may have to shorten or possibly reschedule your treatment. We also ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that special circumstances can be unavoidable and a last minute cancellation may be necessary, but we please ask that you respect our esthetician's time as much as possible.
